Who is responsible

EasySoftwareHMO, a software development company based in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, is responsible for the data you share with us through this website. For any privacy matter, write to us at support@easysoftwarehmo.com.

What this website collects

This website does not use cookies, has no analytics or advertising tools and does not ask you to create an account.

Like any website, the provider that hosts it processes technical connection data, such as your IP address and browser, only to deliver the pages and protect them against abuse.

When you write to us

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your company name if you share it, the type of project and your message. The form delivers them to us by email through Resend, the service we use to send email; this website does not store them.

We use that information only to:

Reply to your message and follow up on your request.
Prepare a proposal, if you ask for one.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not add you to mailing lists.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or object to its use (known in Mexico as ARCO rights) by writing to support@easysoftwarehmo.com.

Our apps

The EasySoftwareHMO Point of Sale, Dash and Go apps will process additional data (for example, staff accounts and each business's customer data). Their privacy notice will be published here before their commercial launch. See also the terms and commercial status.
